This Refund Policy is applicable to all learners (“Learner”) enrolling in courses offered by DB HSE INTERNATIONAL.
Non-Refundable Course Fees:
The Learner acknowledges that all course fees paid to DB HSE INTERNATIONAL are non-refundable. Once payment is made for a selected course, it is understood that the Learner has committed to the enrolment, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Learners are required to adhere to the payment terms specified by DB HSE INTERNATIONAL for the selected course(s). Failure to meet the payment terms may result in the Learner’s inability to access course materials or participate in the program.
In the event of a payment made in error, where the Learner mistakenly pays an amount exceeding or falling short of the proposed course fee, DB HSE INTERNATIONAL, at its sole discretion, may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any such request must be submitted in writing to Admin@dbhseinternational.com within 7-15 days of the payment date, providing detailed information regarding the circumstances that warrant the refund.
DB HSE INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to assess and evaluate each case independently. Refund approvals in such exceptional circumstances are not guaranteed and will be subject to the sole discretion of DB HSE INTERNATIONAL.
Submission of Refund Request:
Any such request must be submitted in writing to Admin@dbhseinternational.com within 7-15 days of the payment date, providing detailed information regarding the circumstances that warrant the refund. The request should include comprehensive details explaining the circumstances leading to the erroneous payment.
If a refund is approved, DB HSE INTERNATIONAL will make all reasonable efforts to process the refund within 3-5 Business days of the approval date.
