This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines related to the issuance and delivery of Course Completion Certificates by DB HSE INTERNATIONAL.
Study Materials Policy:
This Study Materials Policy outlines the provision of learning materials (Soft Copy only) to learners by DB HSE INTERNATIONAL.
Soft Copy Materials:
• Learners will have access to electronic (Soft Copy) study materials, which may include documents, presentations, and other digital content relevant to the chosen course or qualification.
• Soft Copy materials are accessible online through the learner’s account on our platform or they will be sent via email.
Hard Copy Materials (Case-by-Case Basis):
• Provision of Hard Copy study materials is considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Learners interested in receiving Hard Copy materials must initiate a discussion with DB HSE INTERNATIONAL.
• Approval for Hard Copy materials is subject to have a price to pay with mutual agreement and the learner’s acceptance on the payment.
Process for Hard Copy Materials:
Learners expressing interest in Hard Copy study materials should contact our support team to initiate the discussion.
DB HSE INTERNATIONAL will review the request and discuss the feasibility with the learner.
If approved, learners may be required to cover additional charges for printing, packaging, and shipping.
Hard Copy study materials will only be dispatched after approval from DB HSE INTERNATIONAL.
Certificate Issuance:
The Course Completion Certificate will be provided to the Learner upon successful completion of the course or qualification exam. DB HSE INTERNATIONAL will deliver both Soft Copy and Hard Copy Certificates in adherence to the certificate provision norms specified by the respective awarding bodies.
Delivery Timeframes:
The Hard Copy Certificate will be dispatched within the timeframes set by the awarding body for the chosen course.
Please note that the delivery time may vary based on the specific course requirements, but we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery within the guidelines provided by the awarding body.
Shipping Address:
The Learner is required to provide an accurate shipping address during the registration process.
Any errors or change requests for the shipping address must be submitted before the certificate is shipped.
Address Change After Shipment:
• Once the Hard Copy Certificate is shipped, any request for address changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If an address change is approved after shipment, the Learner may be required to pay an additional fee for the certificate and courier to be sent to the correct address.
Shipping Charges:
• We offer complimentary courier services within India for the dispatch of hard copy certificates. These services exclusively utilize Indian Speed Post for secure and efficient delivery. It is important to note that any specific requests for certificates to be dispatched through alternative courier service providers will incur additional charges. In such cases, learners will be responsible for covering the associated costs.
• For learners outside India, courier services are chargeable. The applicable shipping charges will be communicated to the Learner during the registration or payment process.
Responsibility for Delivery:
DB HSE INTERNATIONAL will make every effort to ensure that the Certificates are dispatched promptly and reach the Learner in good condition.
However, DB HSE INTERNATIONAL is not liable for any delays, damages, or issues arising during the delivery process that are beyond our control.
