Event Details

Event: OTHM Convocation 2025

Date: 11th or 23rd September 2025 (final date to be confirmed)

Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Venue: Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) or nearby venue, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Terms & Conditions for OTHM Convocation 2025

A. Eligibility To be eligible to attend the OTHM Convocation 2025, participants must have successfully completed an OTHM qualification. This includes graduates from DB HSE International as well as those who obtained OTHM qualifications from any other approved centre. There is no age restriction; however, participants must have received their official OTHM certificate at the time of registration.

B. Registration

  1. All registrations must be completed through the official registration form available on the DB HSE International website.
  2. The participation fee is fixed and clearly stated in the invitation email.
  3. The deadline for both registration and full payment is 15th July 2025.
  4. Eligible participants include individual graduates from DB HSE International and graduates from any other accredited OTHM centre who have received their OTHM certificate.

Payment

  1. Accepted payment methods include PhonePe, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Debit, and Credit Card.
  2. All fees are strictly non-refundable.
  3. The convocation participation fee includes:
    1. Printed stage photo and group photo
    2. Official medal of recognition
    3. Certificate folder (certificate not included)
    4. Elegant flower bouquet
    5. Robe and mortarboard (to be worn during the ceremony)
    6. Light breakfast prior to the event
    7. Access to all event photos via online drive. Note:Travel, visa, and accommodation are not included and must be arranged individually by the participant.
  4. Payment confirmation and official receipt will be issued by DB HSE International.

D. Visa Support

  1. DB HSE International will issue visa support letters upon request.
  2. Participants requiring visa support must indicate this during the registration process.
  3. In case of visa rejection, refunds may be issued only if the request is made before 15th July 2025.

E. Privacy and Media Use

  1. Participants are allowed to share, repost, and upload their convocation photos, certificates, and media on personal and professional platforms.
  2. DB HSE International encourages graduates to showcase their achievement respectfully and proudly.

F. Code of Conduct

  1. All participants are expected to maintain professional behavior and decorum during the entire convocation event.
  2. Participants must take full responsibility for their actions and are expected to carry themselves with pride and respect throughout the event.
  3. A formal dress code is required: participants must wear a blazer or other professional attire.

G. General Clause While the event is scheduled and confirmed, DB HSE International reserves the right to adjust event details (if necessary) and will communicate any changes via official channels.
