Position: HSE Trainer / OHS Trainer (Must be from Kolkata, India)
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of training experience.
Working Hours and Days: Mon – Sat (9 Hours Duty), Sunday is weekly off.
Note: You might be traveling outside the country, at the company’s expense, for training purposes. Therefore, you must have a passport.
Salary Range: 22,000 INR to 30,000 INR (With additional unlimited incentives based on performance)

Role Description:
We are looking for a full-time OSH Trainer to join our team at DB HSE INTERNATIONAL. The OSH Trainer will be responsible for conducting training programs, delivering presentations, developing training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training.
Minimum Qualifications:
– Refined qualifications at the RQF Level 3, such as the OTHM Level 3 Technical Certificate in OHS or NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, Bachelor’s in OH&S, and any other HSE-related qualifications.
Preferences:
– ISO Lead Auditor (9001, 14001, and 45001)
– Additional qualifications in First Aid-CPR, Fire Safety, Emergency Rescue, Scaffolding Safety, etc., are preferable.
Key Skills and Attributes:
– Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi)
– Excellent presentation skills
– Must have a strong broadband connection
– Proficient in preparing files on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
– Enthusiastic about suggesting and implementing new training ideas
– Exhibits respectful and polite behavior, and maintains integrity
– Proficient in dealing effectively with students
– Able to evaluate assessments and suggest candidate improvements
– Flexible to work across India and outside if required
– Must have a laptop/computer in full working condition and a broadband connection at home
– Proficient in professional email writing
– Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles
– Experience in developing and delivering training programs
– Ability to assess training effectiveness and make improvements
– Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
– Professional certifications in occupational health and safety
– Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
– Patience to address candidates’ doubts respectfully and be open-minded towards constructive criticism
– Punctuality regarding training, meetings, and session timings

– Round 2: Screening Round (Online Video)
– Round 3: Walk-in In-Person Interview (Dates and venue will be informed after selection in round 2)
